STAMPYRA

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 15, 2026. These terms apply to the Android app “Stampyra: GPS Map Camera” published by TheYourList.

1. Using Stampyra

Stampyra records the time and place reported by your phone's GPS, network and clock and draws them onto your photos. Accuracy depends on your device and conditions; the stamp shows GPS accuracy and marks any location or time set by hand. You are responsible for how you use stamped photos and reports. Respect other people's privacy and the law where you take photos, and only stamp photos you have the right to use.

2. Stampyra Pro

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. The free plan includes unlimited stamped photos with the Minimal EXIF and Field Work templates at standard resolution, the map gallery, stamping one library photo at a time, and shows ads and a small “Shot with Stampyra” line.

3. Map and weather data

Maps © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL), tiles by OpenFreeMap. Weather data from MET Norway (CC BY 4.0).

4. Availability

Features may change over time. We provide Stampyra “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Stampyra in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
